Ostomed is an established name within the healthcare industry having provided numerous 3pl solutions across England for a number of years. Ostomed operates out of strategically placed depots to allow the fulfilment of close to 2 million prescribed healthcare products annually, completing over a million deliveries a year nationwide and boasting a delivery success rate of between 99% & 100% on a continual basis demonstrates our ability to facilitate substantial and successful logistical operations. While we constantly strive to deliver full efficiency for our customers, we also ensure that we operate a quality management system that is iso 9001 certified to enable fulfilment and compliance on every level.
We operate a wide varied fleet of vehicles that enable Ostomed to meet specific delivery requirements from discrete unmarked delivery vehicle to a bespoke vehicle body construction enabling the delivery of specific goods. All our delivery staff are DBS checked and fully trained in the requirements of Caldicott policy which provides not only peace of mind and safety but also compliance with many contractual requirements. All of our staff receive quality training across a wide range of topics from confidentiality and data protection to Manual handling to company best practice requirements and expectations in the day to day operations at Ostomed.
Ostomed operates in partnership with a small controlled number of partners to fulfil all its IT systems, all of which software and databases are stored securely on servers located in England.
